Returns & Replacements

HORIZOONX allows you the option to return purchased items within a 7 days limit from the date of delivery if the return reason falls within the following cases:

  • Defective/damaged item: In case the product received by you is damaged or defective, you could return the product in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Our Team will investigate the case in coordination with the seller and will offer either a replacement or a refund along with any shipping fees incurred if applicable post inspection of items.

  • Received a wrong item:b> In case the product received is not an exact match to what you have ordered according to the product description in terms of Brand, Size, Color or application, you may return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Our Team will investigate the case in coordination with the seller and will offer either a replacement or a refund along with any shipping fees incurred if applicable post inspection of items.

Some sellers have their own return & replace policy. In such cases these policies will be mentioned in product pages.

Order Cancellation

For Products:
In case of change of mind, before shipping your order, just contact us to cancel the order. Once the items are shipped, cancellation will no longer be applicable.

For Services:
In case of change of mind, before the completion of your ordered service, Cancelation will be applicable if the following cases apply:

  • Service provided is not as described in the description.

  • Service provider delayed the delivery and/or completion of service without a valid reason, or the proposed new date of completion does not suit you.

  • The quality and standards promised by service providers were not met. In this case you may open a dispute to cancel the remaining amount due for partial payment services.

Warranty claims

All Warranty claims can be discussed with the seller of items you have purchased. You may contact the sellers using the contact information provided to you in the invoice of your order. In case you have attempted to contact the seller but received no response, Open a dispute via your account and our team will get on it immediately.

Refunds

In case of Refunds, You may use the amount as credit for future orders. Also upon request we can arrange for a transfer back to your bank account or credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 30 days to reflect in your bank account or card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.

Disputes Resolution

To us customer satisfaction comes first. Feel free to open a dispute via your account to report a delay, an issue with a received item or an ordered service. Our team will get to it with no delay.
